At Bare Basics, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

 

Return Policy

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for an exchange or store credit, provided the item meets our Return Conditions.

To start a return, please email barebasicsofficial@gmail.com with your order details. Returns must be pre-approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is faulty.

 

 Change of Mind & Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or change your mind, you may return it for store credit or an exchange if stock is available.

 

Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

- Items must be free from perfume, body odour, deodorant, washing powder, makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.

- Boxed items must be unopened with the seal intact.

- Returns must be adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit.

 

If your return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

 

Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 7 business days of being received.

 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing. You will receive store credit or an exchange instead.

 

 Final Sale Items

All sale items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including during promotions such as Black Friday.

 

 Faulty Item Policy

We are committed to quality. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Report a Faulty Item:

- Email barebasicsofficial@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

- Our team will assess the item and determine if it qualifies as faulty.

 

If confirmed as faulty:

- We will provide a free exchange (subject to stock availability).

- If the item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.

- Bare Basics will cover return shipping for faulty items.

Items reported after 7 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

 

 Exchanges

- If your item doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for another size if stock is available.

- Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

- We do not hold stock for exchanges, so please send your return promptly.

- If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.

- Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges.

 

 Store Credit

- Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card via email once your return is processed.

- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

- Please allow up to 2 weeks for store credit to be issued.

- Store credit cannot be used on final sale items.

- Discount codes previously applied to the order will not be included in the store credit value.
