Shipping policy

At Bare Basics, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and costs. 

 

 Order Processing Time 

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). 

- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. 

- During high-volume periods (such as sales or new launches), processing times may be slightly extended. 

 

 Domestic Shipping (Australia) 

We offer two shipping options for Australian customers: 

 

 Standard Shipping 

- Estimated Transit Time: 2–8 business days 

- Cost: Free for orders over $150 AUD, otherwise a flat rate of $10 AUD 

- Free shipping does not apply during major events such as Black Friday. 

 

 Express Shipping 

- Estimated Transit Time: 1–4 business days 

- Cost: $15 AUD 

 

 International Shipping 

We currently offer Standard International Shipping for customers outside Australia. 

 

 Standard International Shipping 

- Estimated Transit Time: 6–27 business days 

- Cost: $20 AUD 

Please note that international delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing. Bare Basics is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. 

 

 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) 

- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. 

- Bare Basics is not liable for any customs-related delays. 

 

 Address & Delivery Issues 

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

- Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address or redirect the parcel. 

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipment costs. 

 

 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages 

- If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking details. 

- If you require assistance, email us at barebasicsofficial@gmail.com, and we will do our best to help. 

- Bare Basics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
